Using the site
3D Model Path provides educational content, product discovery and browser-based model inspection tools. Use the site lawfully and only process files you have permission to use. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or misuse another person’s content.
Information and third-party products
Product features, plans, prices and licenses can change. Our articles provide research and editorial guidance, not a contract with a vendor. Confirm material details on the official site before purchasing or relying on a feature.
Tool limitations
The tools accept supported ASCII and binary STL files within the stated size and triangle limits. A successful preview or dimension calculation does not establish that geometry is watertight, structurally safe, suitable for manufacture or free of third-party rights.
STL coordinates do not reliably identify physical units. You are responsible for the selected unit convention, scale and printer settings. Inspect the sliced result and use appropriate engineering judgment for functional or safety-relevant objects.
Ownership and licenses
You retain your rights to files you process. We do not receive model uploads through these tools. Third-party resources remain subject to their respective licenses. Do not redistribute a model simply because it was available as a free download.
Availability and applicable rights
The site and tools are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for every purpose. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
